Important Extracts to know before Enrolling:

Social Group Classes

  1. Classes continue throughout the year and are not held on public holidays. Classes missed will be forfeit, however dancers may choose to attend another class of a similar level if they wish.

  2. All accounts are due in advance by the last day of the month. Late payment will incur a fee of
    R30/completed week until paid.

  3. Any changes to enrollments should please be communicated by 20th.

  4. 1 Month's notice is required for all group cancellations.

  5. Dancers are required to follow dance etiquette while in class or in attendance at an outside event.

  6. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes (preferably closed like takkies/sneakers). If you have dance shoes, please wear them to class.

  7. Dancers are welcome to invite people to class for a free trial. Please let the instructor know ahead of time for spacing purposes.

  8. All Covid 19/safety protocols are to be followed unless otherwise indicated by the government or instructor.

                                                          Competition Private Classes

  1.  Lessons continue throughout the year and are not held on public holidays, unless advised otherwise.

  2. Lessons missed will be forfeited unless cancelled by the instructor or via sudden illness or family emergency (less 48hrs). Lessons given more than 48hours notice may be rescheduled at the discretion of the instructor.

  3. Lessons scheduled on the same day as LDSA Meltdown, SADTA Kaleidoscope and SA Masters dates will not be rescheduled. Dancers wishing to compete in any other competition not attended by the studio, may forfeit their lesson unless an alternative can be arranged.

  4. Pricing is charged per month regardless of the number of weeks in the month. Unless booking is done on a per class basis. 

  5. All accounts are due in advance by last day of the month. Late payment will incur a fee of R30/week until paid. Competition and medal test fees are charged in addition to the lesson fees and are due 1 week before closing date.

  6. Dancers requesting additional lessons must please book directly with the instructor. This is dependent on availability.

  7. Dancers are required to follow dance etiquette (including appropriate dress code) while in class or in attendance at an outside event. Dancers must wear long pants and suitable shirt during their lessons. Skirts may be worn in summer provided they are appropriate and do not fly up.

  8. All Covid 19/safety protocols are to be followed unless otherwise indicated by the government or instructor.
